In addition to the number of I Prefer enrollments which we consider as a key metric to measure the success of I Prefer, winning the Japan enrollment competition, and receiving an awards such as the 2023 Members' Choice Awards are great ways to measure member satisfaction and contribute to increasing Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel’s recognition in the market and employee motivation to enroll and welcome I Prefer Members at the property.

We offer homemade baked goods by the hotel’s pastry chef and our Food & Beverage offering is a local beer called “Shibunama” only available in the Shibuya district for Titanium members.  To ensure consistent delivery to I Prefer Members, we review the Pre-Stay Email and Upcoming Member Stay Report in advance to prepare benefits prior to the members’ arrival.
