What are some ways that a hotel can guarantee that I Prefer Members are thoroughly satisfied with their stay?
  • Consistency is the key to success. This is why people return to their favorite store or coffee shop, because they know what to expect and it's delivered well every time.
  • Go the extra mile. I say this because it's something I would share with the front desk team when I was on property. Do "a little extra for your guests." This means, if they ask for a late check out at 1pm, offer up 1:30pm. It's not much more but will make the guest feel special.
  • Think big picture! Sometimes it may seem daunting to go through and learn all about I Prefer, but think about how you are creating memorable experiences for your I Prefer guests, they will likely be back to your hotel again. Again, just make them happy!
What is your favorite aspect about the I Prefer loyalty program? 

I love that our program opens you up to staying at amazing hotels you may otherwise not know about. They are all unique and special and not cookie cutter as a Marriott or Hyatt. Flexibility and options are great.
