Reward Certificate - Expiration Notice

Effective April 1, 2024, any new I Prefer Reward Certificates that are redeemed by Members will now have a 12-month expiration date displayed on the face of the certificate similar to the example below:

Any Reward Certificates that were redeemed by Members before this date will not have an expiration date associated with it.

When redeeming a Reward Certificate in Profectus, you will find a new status reason as EXPIRED.
